Made to Order or Pre-Made

At this time all our products will ship as pre-made. They are still handmade and created one-at-a-time. Each picture you see is the only product of that kind on hand. I have purchased patterns and yarns will vary but what you see is a true representation of what is on hand in the product line.

Order Timeline

Our company handcrafts all the products posted on the site. Replacements for items may vary according to the demand and complexity of the item. If one category or item is sold out, similar replacements should post in one to two weeks.

Handmade Disclaimer

Due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade, repeat product(s) you receive will vary slightly in design and materials. Yarn, tule, and threads are sturdy but are not Indestructible. While serviceable, Handcrafted items do take some care when washing or using them.

General care for your new product(s):

Washing: Please Hand-wash

1. Use cold or warm water and a mild soap

Rinse:  In cold water

1. Squeeze rinse water out avoiding twisting or wringing the item.

2. Lay the item flat on a towel and roll the towel wrapping the item in the towel

              as you roll.

3. Lightly squeeze the rolled towel to remove any excess water.


1. Lay the article flat on a dry towel to shape or block.

2. You can reshape the article at this point by gently pulling the article into shape

               with your hands as you would with a sweater.

3. It is also possible to re-block the item at this time is desired.

4. When you are satisfied, let the article air dry.

If you do use your washing machine for your items, please place them in a washing laundry bag or even a pillowcase that is fastened will do. Set to a gentle or delicate cycle. And dry using the directions above.

Your item can be damaged if:

Too much pressure is applied when putting the clothes on or off the dolls. Yarn will give but there is a limit.

If items are placed directly in a washer or dryer. I cannot guarantee this will not damage your article.

Suggested Sizes:   


The doll clothes have been sized and fitted to a My Life doll and an older American Girl doll.

However, I will warn you the American Girl is bigger than the My Life dolls. I have placed the initials AM on products that have been fitted to American Girls dolls. These will also fit the My Life dolls and most 18 inch dolls.


Suggested sizes are provided by the patterns that I use. I will do my best to also provide measurements to help in the description of the item posted.

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


  • We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged in transit.
  • Because each item is a one-of-a-kind item we cannot provide an exact exchange but will provide you with a choice of an equally priced item.

  • You will be responsible for paying  your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
